Position Summary:

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for tracking and reporting on metrics related to new revenue generation.  In order to be successful, the Sales Operation Analyst must collaborate with multiple parts of the business including Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Human Resource.

Description of Role and Objectives: 

  • Reports to the leader of the Global Sales Operations team. 
  • Will contribute to sales program implementation, sales compensation administration and new revenue forecasting.


The position requires effective leadership and business execution for the following key focus areas. Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand: 

  • Reporting
    • Compile, analyze and report on data from multiple sources
    • Create weekly and monthly reports, including charts and tables 
    • Compare data over time to identify trends and make predictions
  • Commission Plan Administration
    • Track new revenue and partner with regional teams to reconcile forecast and billed revenue
    • Provide quarterly reports to management teams to assess impact of variable pay models
    • Create financial models for projections and what-if scenarios
    • Complete validation processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of commission calculation and payout 
  • Represent and Support Chief Commercial Office (CCO)
    • Collaborate with global team members to develop and provide consistent reporting
    • Demonstrate teamwork and proactive communication across all levels of the organization
  • All other tasks assigned as needed

 Must have skills:

  • Strong computer skills are necessary
  • Proficiency with MS Office, in particular Excel
  • Familiarity with revenue forecasting and modeling
  • Experience with CRM reporting, such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Attention to detail and ability maintain commission documentation over time 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Sales knowledge, including sales metrics and industry best practices

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Hold a university degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in analytics or compensation role
  • Fluent with English language
  • Proven work experience in sales or marketing
  • Experience working with CRM software and data analysis
  • Be able to travel 10% of the time

Preferred experience:

  • Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, psychology, analytics, or related field
  • Have worked for a CRM outsource business
  • Experience in call center business sales
